ACCOUNT MANAGERS

In order to maximize the growth of our organization, we are looking for ACCOUNT MANAGERS to join our team. If you are a money motivated closer, than the Account Manager Position is for you! Over $100,000 yearly income is easily obtainable and expected. Do you have experience in full cycle sales? This position maintains and expands relationships with current clients and new clients by performing the following duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory

to include self generation , leads and referrals. Network in the community.

• Present a plan for each client to identify what and how needs may be met.

• Perform roof inspections

• Communicate regularly with the client to maintain a relationship

• Travel

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of sales experience.

• Must be comfortable with self generated business and responding to leads and referrals.

• Be flexible and able to handle delays or unexpected events.

• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills

• Must have the ability to climb roofs, work in an outdoor environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

• BS/BA preferred. (Not required)
